We will accept items for refund within 7 days of customer receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no evidence of mishandling. From 8-14 days, items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Items are ineligible for return or exchange after 14 days.
Apothecary and fragrance items are not eligible for return.
Our Storied Collection (preowned, vintage, and/or antique items) and gift cards are exempt from returns and exchanges.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Gift Exchanges and Holiday Giving
If the item is a gift, the buyer must indicate this to staff at the time of purchase and notify staff of which date the gift will be given. If these requirements are met, the recipient will have 14 days from receipt of gift to request an exchange or store credit. Items offered as a gift without notice to staff will be exempt from the extended gifting policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and will not be refunded.

Again, you must notify staff prior to shipping of your intended return and provide tracking and insurance of the shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be insured for their full value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages that are misplaced, damaged, undelivered, or for packages lost en route for return. This should be taken up with the shipping service.
