a seaworthy, elegant, and one-of-a-kind strand of opals in saltwater and sky-blue hues is adorned with bright silver barnacles and hand-strung upon coral-colored silk, then closed with a fish-hook clasp that can be placed at the back or off to the side and front for an alternative, more casual look – the perfect piece for dressing up or down.

This marine-inspired piece is part of artist-jeweler Hannah Blount’s Ruthie B. collection – an homage to the nostalgia of her childhood fishing home and named after her father’s fishing vessel, which itself, was named after Hannah’s mother.

materials: Indian opals of approximately 11x13mm to 14x18mm, silk, bright sterling silver, 18 inches in length, secures with a fish hook clasp
